Questions About Your Bill

Unfortunately, from 2008 through 2014, RVRS has seen our donation revenue drop by over 80%.  Because that loss of revenue was not sustainable, we instituted a revenue recovery program so that we can keep our doors open and continue providing high-quality EMS service to our community, and make sure that we are able to keep developing tomorrow’s public safety leaders.

If you have received a bill from RVRS for services you received, we encourage you to submit that bill to your insurance company for payment.  We do not “balance bill”; that is, we do not bill patients for the difference between what their insurance pays and what was actually billed.

If you do not have insurance, we still need you to pay your bill! If you are unable to pay your bill in full at this time, we ask that you make whatever payment you can.
